Using Ivy's guest Self Check In feature, hotels can promote the ability to text! Each property is provided a unique link that can be sent via any communication channel to guests!
Hotel guests can click on this link from the distribution channel (example: pre-arrival emails). Once clicked, guests will be directed to the following web page to enter information regarding their stay.
Once guests have completed this form, they will appear in the staff console under the Unverified Tab. Hotel staff will then verify each new guest Self Check In to ensure accuracy of the information provided.
Once the guests' details have been verified, the guest will then be moved to the Scheduled Tab until their arrival date, on which they will be automatically checked in and found under the Checked In Tab.
