Property Management System (PMS) integration with Ivy is specific to each individual PMS. 


Here are some best practice guides that can be applied across all PMS integrations:

  • Send the file every 15-30 minutes
  • Update a guest's record when they check out
  • Every file sent must contain the following required fields: 

Guest Name

Guest Mobile Number

Check in Date & Time

Check Out Date & Time

  • It is recommended to include the following fields:

Room Number

Email

Reservation Status (Checked In, Checked Out, Arriving, Cancelled, etc.)

Room Rate (in cents instead of dollars, so 12356 instead of $123.56)

Optional: Any fields that would help agents better serve guests or help drive promotions such as booking channel, VIP status, membership level, etc.
