There are two ways to search for guests. 

  1. The MAGNIFYING GLASS ICON in the top right corner of the console will allow you to search all guests that have stayed at your hotel, both current and prior guests.

The search results will provide links to: The Guest Profile, Previous visits, and the hotel that the guest is currently checked in to (if your account is associated with multiple hotel properties)

   2. The FILTER bar allows you to search and filter all guests under the Checked In tab by name, room number, or tag (See Sort and Filter Guest List for more information)

Pro Tip:

  • Using the FILTER BAR, you can search for the beginning of a name or room number and reveal all relative results (Example: Searching for “3” can reveal guests in all room numbers that begin with 3)
