Navigate to your dashboard by selecting the TRIPLE DOT MENU ICON in the top right corner of your screen.
Next, select DASHBOARD, MANAGE and then USERS.
To edit existing users:
- Scroll down to see a list of users on the account
- Change status to AGENT or MANAGER by selecting the appropriate status (the current user status is highlighted in green).
You can also login to an existing user’s account to change the username or mobile phone number associated with the login. If you don’t have the password to login, simply reset the password first!
