If a guest is not checked into Ivy, but they do send a message in, they will appear in the ‘Unverified’ section of Ivy. This most often occurs when a guest gets Ivy’s number from a friend, in-room collateral, or signage around your hotel.

Moving guests from ‘Unverified’ over to ‘Checked In’ is simple! To start, select the ‘Unverified’ option from the dropdown menu above the guest list.

Next, select the guest you’d like to verify. Then, open the Three Dot menu in the top righthand side of the screen. Select the “Edit Visit” option.

Once you’re in the “Edit Visit” screen, fill out the information about the guest’s stay, then click the “Verify” button. The guest will then move into the “Checked In” section along with your other guests.
