To edit a Templates, add a topic and the outbound message. It is encouraged to keep the message under 160 characters

To enable or disable a Template, simply click the toggle once. This will deactivate any message, where you can enable or disable without loosing your message.

Using Message Templates: In the Ivy Chat Console, select a guest you would like to send a message to:

Select the paper icon the the bottom left corner of the chat field:

Once selected, your template will populate in the chat box:
