Reference the Guest Profile to view all information related to a particular guest including:

  1. Summary and Contact Information
  2. Upcoming and Previous Visits
  3. Message History
  4. Internal Notes

To access the Guest Profile:

  • Click on the guests’ circle icon next to their name on the guest list or above the guests’ conversation. 
  • Select the ABOUT TAB to view guest visit summary and contact information.
  • Select the VISITS TAB to see current, upcoming, and previous visits. All visits listed provide the hotel name and link directly to the guests’ conversation during that visit
  • Select the TIMELINE TAB to see a timeline of messaging history in chronological order. Each message displays a status: Incoming, outgoing, delivered, scheduled etc.
  • Select the NOTES TAB to view any internal notes staff have provided. For more information see Write Internal Notes.

HOW TO WRITE INTERNAL NOTES ABOUT GUESTS:

Internal notes can be left and referenced in each guests’ unique Guest Profile.

To leave an internal note: 

  • Select the guest name that you would like to leave an internal note for.
  • Select the ADD NOTE button located on the top right directly above the guests’ message conversation.
  • Type the note you wish to add in the text field prompt and select the ADD NOTEButton to submit.
  • The internal note can now be found by viewing the Guest Profile
