The staff will AI powered Smart Suggestions responses based on previous staff messages. Smart Suggestions will automatically appear for new guests messages if Ivy is unable to answer the message sent by the guest. Up to 3 smart suggestions will be available to utilize per message and they will be displayed at the top of the reply box. Not to worry, your staff will be able to click the Smart Suggestion and edit prior to sending message to the guest.
By doing this, this will increase efficiency, aid in the accuracy of conversation, and create higher engagement between the staff and the guests.
