Sometimes Ivy responses may be incorrect and you’d like to let us know how we can improve her responses.  Flagging is the best way to report any errors to Team Ivy so we can improve her response logic. Follow these instructions when you need to let us know that something is off: 

Select the little flag icon shown underneath the question the guest asked. Keep in mind, there is also a flag underneath Ivy’s response or Staff response. Feel free to flag a response from there as well -- then menu is the same and you can report responses that need improvement from staff, as well. We’ll share them with your team anonymously, so we can ensure all responses are 100%.

  1. Select a reason for why the response was incorrect and a note for how Ivy should have responded and then click SUBMIT REPORT.
  1. To check to see the flag that was submitted, click on the info icon to View History
  2. The below window will appear with the report you submitted.
