The Help Center is a portal for you to get access support and articles that will help you use Ivy. The help center looks like this below:
Ivy chat is great if you need to ask a quick question, get stuck, or need support on updating Smart Responses, Welcome Messages, etc. Simply click on the Live Chat button after clicking the “?” icon and a chat window will appear at the bottom right hand side. Click START A NEW CONVERSATION and begin typing. Our agents will reply, as long as it is within business hours.
